INTERNATIONAL BOOK ORDERS
Shipping Information
To place an order from outside the United States, simply select 'International' as the shipping
choice on the online order form and fill out all of the required fields. We will then email you with quotes on two or
more shipping options, from which you may select your preference. [Note: be certain that your email address is typed correctly, or we will not be able to complete your order.]
Shipping rates on International orders are based on estimated postage costs for each individual order. All International orders are insured when available/feasible, as this seems to greatly improve the reliable delivery of our shipments.
NOTE: we will not ship out International orders without the purchaser's approval
of total charges, including shipping.
