To place an order from outside the United States, simply select 'International' as the shipping choice on the online order form and fill out all of the required fields. We will then email you a shipping quote, at which time you may approve your order or choose to cancel it. [Note: be certain that your email address has been typed correctly, or we will not be able to contact you and complete your order!]

These days, almost all orders but those for the smallest books are shipped via Global Priority Flat Rate boxes (surface mail no longer exists, and there really are no other practical options). This service has proven fast and reliable, but shipping on these orders typically runs a bit over $40. On the positive side, as many as 4 or 5 books will usually ship for that same price. We therefore recommend our international customers try to order multiple books at once, thus considerably reducing per-book shipping costs.

All International orders are insured when available/feasible, as this seems to improve the reliable delivery of our shipments.

NOTE: We will NOT process and ship International orders without the purchaser's approval of total charges, including shipping.
